What happens if you stay on a diet low in calories?
I've heard that helps reduce muscle and fat. I met recently, and am currently licensed access to the diets of low, and I wonder if I should wait to see the results of losing a good amount of fat in my body. How long should I take it? I started my routine of running 45 minutes – one hour every two days. Thanks
Why you want to reduce muscle? Then you'll look like a wimp boy … And also lowers your metabolic rate, if you ever in your life, you want to enjoy an ice cream, you will gain weight like this because when you have a low calorie plan your metabolism slows sharply. Over time, your system slows down the entire body from your digestive system and thereafter. This is very dangerous and common in patients with anorexia. Because your heart rate is slower, when you sleep with a low calorie diet is essentially putting your body into starvation mode and your entire system becomes slow, if your heart if your heart is at a slow pace when you wake up when sleep falls to as low as a large threat that your heart may stop beating all together and you can die in their sleep. Sorry, but it would be very foolish of them to do this.
