
Low to no carb diet
If you have not noticed, low-carbohydrate diets have become so. Fat is beautiful!

So, clearly, we eat more calories and more calories from carbohydrates. Is it possible that after having been advised to eat foods low in fat, they ate large quantities of them and grow as a result?
A recent opinion poll American public of 1017 18 years or more showed the reality of how the American public and how carbohydrate diets madness low carbohydrate affect the way we eat.

The scientific literature is clear about the effect of a low carbohydrate diet. In a recent study low-carbohydrate, high protein high fat diet compared with weight loss low calorie, high carbohydrate diet low in fat, MI was higher in the low-carb diet, but 1 year, no differences in weight loss between the two feeding groups. In the Steno-2 study investigating the benefits reducing risk of multifactorial intervention in people with type 2 diabetes, the group treated more aggressively had significantly fewer cardiovascular events despite eating a diet rich in carbohydrates, low dietary fat intake during the 8-year study. Indeed, in this study none of the groups lost significant weight.
Although the exact role of dietary fat and carbohydrate as contributors to the current epidemic of obesity is unclear, it is clear that the American system contains excessive amounts of processing, foods rich in fat, calories, such as those served in fast food restaurants.
There is no evidence for a severe restriction of dietary carbohydrates for promotion to the reduced long-term health or weight. Choose fiber-rich carbohydrates like fruits, vegetables and whole grains and foods low in saturated fat, and preferably rich in monounsaturated fat, fat seems a reasonable proposal to follow.
